Information We Collect

When you log in via Discord, we collect the following information from your Discord account:

  • Your User ID
  • Your Username
  • Your Avatar

If you choose to link Twitch or YouTube, we store provider account identifiers and public profile display details needed to associate your streaming account with your website account.

We also store any community ratings (Overall and Fun) that you voluntarily submit for Pokémon on this site.

Supporter Payments and Recognition

Stripe and PayPal collect payment details on their checkout pages. We retain your linked account ID, provider and merchant identifiers, order and transaction references, amount and currency, payment timestamps and status, benefit grants, preferences, and recovery records. We also retain verified webhook payloads, which may include payer names, email addresses, billing details, and other transaction data supplied by the provider. We do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes in payment records.

We use these records to confirm payments, deliver benefits, prevent duplicate processing, handle refunds and disputes, and recover interrupted confirmations. The current system has no automatic deletion schedule for payment, event, or moderation records. You can request account or data deletion using the contact below; requests require review of payment and dispute records and backups.

Public supporter credits show your username, avatar, and profile link after a qualifying payment, including after temporary benefits expire. Use Hide my name on Support to remove your name from these credits. This control does not erase payment records or hide your profile, equipped badges, or other public account activity.

Custom-icon uploads and changes are logged to the configured Discord moderation destination with the submitting account and image so moderators can review them. Clearing or expiring the active icon does not automatically delete those moderation messages.

How We Use Data

  • Authenticate users and maintain account sessions
  • Display profile, game, and account-related features
  • Support optional Twitch/YouTube account linking features
  • Protect the service from abuse and fraud

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information needed to operate the service with hosting providers and connected services, including Discord for account features and moderation, and Stripe or PayPal for payments. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage for session and interface state. We also use a secure HttpOnly server-managed session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

This site uses third-party OAuth providers including Discord, Twitch, and Google (YouTube) for optional account authentication and linking.

Retention & Deletion

You may unlink Twitch/YouTube accounts at any time from your account page. You may request account and associated data deletion by contacting us via the methods below.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the site administrator via Discord at iamowa_ or iamowa190@gmail.com. Logging out revokes your server-side session and clears its browser cookie.
