Terms of Service

Support is optional. Payments are one-time payments in USD, processed by Stripe or PayPal, with no automatic renewal. Mini Supporter starts at $1, Supporter at $5, and Supporter+ at $8.

Each successful payment provides its qualifying temporary benefits for a fixed 30-day window beginning at the original successful-payment time. A later qualifying payment refreshes coverage to 30 days from that payment; unused time does not stack. A lower-tier payment does not refresh higher-tier benefits. Delayed confirmation or recovery does not restart the original window.

Gold-name formatting, the Supporter avatar frame, Supporter access, and custom icons are temporary perks at their qualifying tiers. Earned Supporter badges and public recognition do not expire just because paid coverage ends. Milestone badges count elapsed, qualifying Supporter coverage, not a prepaid number of months; overlapping windows count once. Refunds, reversals, and disputes can change qualifying recognition.

A Custom Role created through temporary Supporter access is removed when that access expires unless you have permanent Level-30 qualification. Existing permanent or legacy personal roles are preserved. The Supporter+ custom icon is removed when Supporter+ coverage expires, even if the role itself remains. Discord changes may wait for synchronization to recover from an error.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For payment or refund questions, use the support contact below. A refund of any amount, including a partial refund, excludes that whole payment from benefits, qualifying progress, public credits, and funding totals; it does not create a lower-tier replacement. Disputed payments are excluded while disputed, and reversed or lost-dispute payments remain excluded. A dispute resolved in the merchant's favor restores eligibility from the original payment window, without adding time. Other valid payments may still provide coverage or recognition.
